purpose of the review is to assess the physical limitations of the work site. The review
shall assess for example:
o Lay-down and storage area requirements
o Access routes and their suitability
o Availability of job site utilities
o Interfaces with process plant
o Other unrelated construction activities
o Limitations and restrictions on hours of operation
o Physical limitations of construction equipment
o Availability of labour and materials
o Seasonal influences on the work
o Long lead time items or other critical activities / equipment that may lead
to construction delays
o Site safety and security
o Traffic impacts
o Safety aspects of barriers
o Noise mitigation
